Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident in Dumalinao

DUMALINAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (April 20, 2018) - A motor vehicular traffic accident transpired at National Highway of Purok Talaba, Barangay Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur on April 19, 2018 at about 3:00 PM.

The accident involving two vehicles. One single MC XRM, color black with plate number 8297 JA, driven by FERNANDO BALOMAGA CORDOVA, 53 years old, married, a resident of Purok 3-B, Barangay Guipos of this municipality. The other vehicle involved is one Ford Ranger, color black with plate number IJ 0311, driven by Nasber Insan Sam, 31 years old, single, DENR driver of Province of Julo Sulo, ARMM, and resident of HB homes subdivision, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.

Investigation conducted disclosed that subject single MC Honda XRM was traversing from Pagadian City bound to Guipos Municipality of this province, while the Ford Ranger was traversing from Zamboanga City bound to Cotabato City.

Upon reaching at the National Highway of Purok Talaba, Barangay Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly at the intersection of said place, accidentally met into contact.

As a result, the driver of single MC sustained injury on his body and was rushed to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center for immediate medical treatment.

Investigator on case PO2 Keene James T Jayme brought both vehicles to Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition. (By Jong Cadion)  

Dead person found in Dumalinao

DUMALINAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (April 20, 2018) – Unidentified dead person found Friday at about 5:00am in Purok Lapu-lapu Brgy. Tickwas of this municipality.

The  victim was wearing black t-shirt and black short pants, more or less 5’2 to 5’4” in height, about 30 to 35 years old, wearing white sleepers marked supreme, with left earing and a crown tattoo on his left chest with marking Pagayao.

Victim sustained two (2) gunshot wounds, one (1) on his head and one (1) on his right stomach.

Responding Police team Dumalinao MPS recovered two (2) empty shells of cal. 45 pistols at the crime scene, which caused of his instantaneous death.

Dumalinao MPS case investigator PO2 Keene James T. Jayme is now conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identification of the victim and apprehension of the suspect. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. (By Jong Cadion)  

Man found hanging dead in Dumalinao

DUMALINAO, Zamboanga del Sur (April 16, 2018) – A 59 years old was found hanging dead inside his house in Purok Acacia, Barangay Anonang in this municipality Friday at 9:00pm, Police Official said.

Dumalinao Municipal Police Station investigator identified the dead body as Fernando Magalso Amolo. His neck tied with chain.

In the initial investigation disclosed that the victim is a mentally ill and attempting to commit suicide many times. He was previously convicted for the crime of parricide.

PNP personnel of Dumalinao MPS conducted a thorough investigation to determine whether there is foul play involved of the suicide incident. (By Jong Cadion)
