DUMALINAO,
Zambonga del Sur (March 26, 2019) - PNP
personnel of Dumalinao Municipal Police Station together with Labason Municipal
Police Station conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok
3, Barangay Calingayan, Dumalinao, Zambonga del Sur at about 5:30 PM, March 24,
2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Julito Escultor Duran (Top 6 Most Wanted Person- Municipal Level,
Labason MPS), 40 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Barangay
Lawagan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No.
L-002079, dated 17 December 2014, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial
Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte with no bail
bond.
