PNP personnel of Dumalinao MPS proceeded to
Purok Maisan, Barangay Sebucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00
O’clock in the morning of May 24, 2018 to serve the Warrant Of Arrest.
The operating team successfully arrested the
suspect identified as Jubane Mangay Quilar, 23 years old, single, resident of
the above mention place for a crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage
to Property.
The Warrant of Arrest was issued by Pacifico T.
Cimafranca Jr., presiding Judge dated April 18, 2018, 9th Judicial Region,
Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case number 3414-D.
Accused is now temporary detained at Dumalinao
MPS lock-up cell while waiting the court order of the issuing court for proper
disposition.
